Sustainability & Paying it Forward
Making strategic investments in Transforming Neighborhoods and underserved communities to support existing workforce development infrastructure and scale programs with proven results, based on preparation and surveys of local infrastructure.
Collecting data at Opportunity Summits to track career development opportunities for Boys and Young Men of Color, compiling success stories, and creating a feedback loop that will improve employment and service provider coordination in the future. Supporting cradle-to-career interventions to help Boys and Young Men of Color reach milestones to success..
