Community Need

Our focus is to create opportunities and pathways to college and careers while also reducing the unemployment, incarceration, and recidivism rate on men of color in Prince George’s County.

We want to better prepare our young men with skills that will increase the opportunity to be gainfully employed in meaningful careers that will allow young men of color to be productive citizens and providers in their families and communities.

We need your support so that our young men may discover and cultivate their skills and talents and blossom into young men that will have a positive impact on their communities. These young men are our future lawyers, physicians, engineers, entrepreneurs, college graduates, and workforce. They deserve an opportunity to change the course of their lives and their families.
